We follow Kaufman’s five levels of evaluation. The goal is to increase participants’ capabilities, job performance and societal benefits.

Benjamin Wilhelm
Co-Founder - Trainings & Marketing

Benjamin co-founded The Dandelion Group to promote inclusion. He is a European coach and campaigner who has been amplifying voices in the public and private sector for a decade. His experience includes three election campaigns, digital marketing and social entrepreneurship.

Elif Akyüz
Campaign Director

Elif is a creative videographer (akyuz.be) with over 15 years of experience in diplomacy (i.e. NATO-EU relations, peace and defence cooperation and migration). She prepares teams for negotiations and develops communication strategies to address social issues.

Jacopo Moccia
EU Advocacy Advisor & Trainer

Jacopo runs a small business, speaks four languages and has 15 years of experience in EU and public affairs working with trade associations. He has overseen the production of business intelligence, reports and lobbying strategies to accelerate Europe's transition towards a competitive, low-carbon economy.
